Who we are

Radar AI is a trade name of Moi Casa, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88072177, VAT number NL004534713B18, located at Veluwezoom 5, 1327 AA Almere. Contact: team@radarai.eu.

What data we process

When you fill in the form: your name, company name, website, email address and your message. For scans and reports we only use public business information, such as your website and Google Business Profile.

What for

To contact you, carry out the mini-scan and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice our services. Legal basis: your request and the performance of a contract, and a legal obligation for invoices.

Who else processes the data

Forms are processed by our hosting provider Netlify, and email by our email provider. Data processing agreements apply with both. Netlify may process data outside the EU, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

Requests that don't lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept as long as needed for the engagement, and invoices for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing team@radarai.eu. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
